The U.N. Record on Israel and the Arabs

http://www.unwatch.org
Of the 175 Security Council resolutions passed before 1990, 97 were directed against Israel.

Of the 690 General Assembly resolutions voted on before 1990, 429 were directed against Israel.

Top 5 countries subject to most UN condemnation for human rights violations in 2006: 1- Israel (criticized by the UN twice as many times as its nearest competitor); 2- Sudan; 3- Democratic Republic of Congo; 4- United States; 5- Côte d'Ivoire (Costa do Marfim)

The U.N., under Arab/Muslim pressure, equated Zionism with Racism. This resolution remained in effect for years before it was retracted.

The U.N. was silent while 58 Jerusalem synagogues were destroyed by the Jordanians.

The U.N. was silent while the Jordanians systematically desecrated the ancient Jewish cemetary on the Mount of Olives.

The U.N. was silent while the Jordanians enforced an apartheid-like policy of preventing Jews from visiting the Temple Mount and the Western Wall, the holiest site in Judaism.

The U.N. was silent when the "Palestinian" massacred tens of thousands of Christians in Lebanon (e.g. in the towns of Damour, Chekka, Aintoura, Mtein, Hadath, Ain-El Remmaneh, Jisr El Bacha, Dekaouneh...).

The U.N. has been totally silent on the Palestinian history of suicide bombings, lynchings, terrorist attacks, bus hijackings, cafe bombings, etc.

The U.N. is in charge of refugee camps in the Territories, where terrorist attacks against Israeli civilians are planned, and where bombs and weapons are manufactured and stored (sometimes in U.N. facilities).
Kassam rocket in UN car(video) - Kassam rockets placed in a vehicle labeled "UN" - as filmed on October 1, 2004, by an IDF UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle)

The U.N. lied about the video-taping, by U.N. personnel, of the abduction of three Israeli soldiers from Israeli territory at the Lebanese border. When caught in their lie, they only allowed Israel to view a CENSORED video tape in which the abductors were not recognizable. This makes the U.N. complicit in the kidnapping. And then people ask why Israel is wary of the U.N.
